The Design And Implementation Of Unemployed Persons To Employment Management System For DongLi Human Resources And Social Security Bureau

Re-employment problem of unemployed person has always been a hard work in the human resources and social security bureau. For the instability of market, increasing number of unemployment, all of these leads to a large number of laid-off unemployment, and seriously effects the development of market economy. Recently human resources and social security bureau in DongLi district has made a major breakthrough on the issue, and introduces a number of management policy involving many problems about re-employment of employment, fundamentally guarantee the repaid development of employment management about re-employment. Existing management system of re-employment of the unemployed personnel has no explicit management measures for some latest management policy, instead managers have to maintain those information manually. So a series of problems appear:difficulties of information query, lack of information and so on. In order to solve the management work of better, human resources and social security bureau in DongLi district develop management system for based on their working condition and ensure the orderly conduct of re-employed of the unemployed.This paper is closely combined with the design flow of this system, and describes some key technique using some related technology in software engineering. We design the module of system step by step. We introduce our work from an overview of the system’s development background and summarization of the implementation target, then introduce the design purpose, then divides the function modules according to user’s demands, and designs the use case diagram of function using UML modeling language (UML) to make each function module clearly, then describes the function of each use case diagrams. This article describes the technical architecture of the system, and gives the system technical design architecture, and implements multi-level design principles, then describes the implementation of class for each module, analyzes realization process of system function, gives a design class diagram and sequence diagram. Through display of the database table we describe database for our system. At last, we carry on the system implementation and testing, show the effect picture of our implementation and present the results of testing. We design and analyse management system of re-employment of the unemployed for human resources and social security bureau in DongLi district. There are mainly seven important module in function. Namely:system maintenance, application management of re-employment, issue of employment accommodation paper, support case of re-employment, management of accommodation paper, query of accommodation paper and date statistics. Through the reasonable implementation technology, we combine each module closely as a whole, and all modules cooperate together to complete employment management work of the unemployed.After formal running of this system, it will show the powerful management functions, and frees users from tedious work. The operation mode of integration for this system saves the operation time and improves work efficiency.
