With the computer,network and information technology continuing to developing and introduce the concept of knowledge management, library services is from traditional reference services gradually increased to the level of knowledge, toward the professional, knowledgeable, personalized direction. As a modern library building, in addition to all the modern facilities for the protection of information, must also adopt scientific management methods and business practices. According to the changing of the external environment and the reader needs to adjust the internal management mechanisms, such as literature distribution, service mode, make it the modern library management needs to adapt to the new service model and management model to implement and strengthen the new features. At present, distributed information services, has not fully integrated effectively meet the information needs of readers, only the integrated information services to meet future development needs. Consequently, under this development trend, the paper proposed a one-stop knowledge service should be established library service management.This thesis is based a lot of reading literature, with a pragmatic, field investigations, comprehensive design science, the principle of the questionnaire. In the survey questionnaire used in the classification survey respectively, for teachers, students, some companies, some government departments conducted a survey. Questionnaire dealing with the main use of excel analysis. Based on this thesis, a bold attempt to stop service and knowledge service combination to create one-stop knowledge of the university library service model, hoping to better serve the community and the vast majority of readers.This part of the first chapter, the main university library and knowledge services are surveyed in detail. ChapterⅡis about Theoretical basis of the relevant parts of knowledge, knowledge services, one-stop service and other related content are described. ChapterⅢis about Analysis of University Library some knowledge services, based on the literature and analysis of the questionnaire are summarized characteristics of the needs of readers and University Library of deficiencies. Chapter one-stop knowledge service library of content analysis part of the investigation through the analysis of the third chapter, the thesis proposed in this section one-stop knowledge services, the meaning and characteristics, and the lack of library improvements, University Library presented the contents of a one-stop knowledge service framework. Chapter Library established part of the one-stop knowledge services, knowledge services in the University Library one-stop based on the content of the framework, the establishment of the three service models are:the school service model, the Museum enterprise service model, Hall G service model. Three service modes are different readers for different services the needs of readers and librarians have subject expertise, business special librarians, government full-time librarians to be administered separately. Although the three services model, but model is the existence of symbiosis between the mutually reinforcing connection between the formation of a large university library one-stop knowledge service model.Purpose of this research:By this thesis, one-stop knowledge service model provide the basis for further research, hoping to provide readers with the satisfactory library services.
