Research On Services Integration Model For Retailing Based On Web Services

With the competition in retailing getting more and more stronger, the competition between enterprises become the competition between supply chains. Information sharing is the primary condition for supply chain management. At present information systems used in enterprises are different greatly in our country, which prevent the information sharing and make it difficult to use supply chain management. How to find a simple, easy way to achieve the information sharing is the main purpose of this thesis.Service-oriented structure (SOA) is a component model, which connect different functional modules(Services) through interface. Web Services is a kind of technology to realize SOA. This thesis analyzes the status and question of information flow in retailing and provide service-oriented concept using the idea of SCM and SOA. The sharing information is regard as the result of the implementation of service requests. The information integration becomes the service integration.Based on Web Services technology, this thesis provides a new integrated service model. Service requester and service providers are two basic roles. Services mapping table is the platform to find and public web service. Web service is composed of at least one Atom Service. On this basis, the paper builds a system structure, and analyzes different modules and the process of service-public and service-request.The paper combined actual supply chain information flow of retail trade and Web Services technology criterion, used the thinking in SOA and SCM for reference, proposed a new service model. The model provided a simple , cheap way of sharing information. It has great guiding significance to build supply chain information integration of retail trade practically.
