| In the current economic development situation,in order to quickly respond to customer's personalized supply requirements and reduce operating costs,production and processing enterprises tend to outsource logistics needs to third-party logistics enterprises.Therefore,they put forward higher requirements for the service efficiency and quality of logistics enterprises.As the main force of railway transportation in China,China Railway Express Co.,Ltd(CRE)must give full play to the advantages of large volume,low cost,safety and reliability of railway transportation,actively develop multimodal transport,constantly improve transportation efficiency and service quality,and provide personalized and integrated comprehensive services for users,so as to win more market opportunities.At present,based on the concept of "main railway line transportation + warehouse + regional distribution",CRE has launched One-stop Logistic Services of multimodal transportation with railway transportation as the main and road transportation as the supplement to provide integrated comprehensive logistics solutions for production and processing enterprises.However,the existing scheme design mainly focuses on the transportation organization of line transportation.And it lacks effective scheme support in terms of access and distribution at both ends,making it difficult to provide customers with the overall scheme and transportation time guarantee.At the same time,in the process of preparing the transportation plan of One-stop Logistic Services,it is still mainly based on the manual experience,without forming a set of scientific,standard,automatic methods of scheme preparation,which seriously restricts the development of the enterprise.In view of the above problems,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the transportation scheme of CRE's One-stop Logistic Services,mainly including the following aspects:(1)Analyzed the characteristics of One-stop Logistic Services,and on this basis,the problem of One-stop Logistic Services transportation scheme is divided into two key issues: logistics network planning and feasible path search,and the formulation thinking of One-stop Logistic Services transportation plan is put forward.(2)Based on the analysis of the coverage relationship among the centralized transport station,the evacuation station and the warehouse,a logistics network planning model based on the Set Covering Problem with the goal of minimizing the total cost of the logistics network and single assignment is established.(3)In this thesis,the evaluation index system of luggage & package station of One-stop Logistic Services is constructed,and used the principal component analysis and clustering two-stage method to determine the development level of luggage & package station,the k-means clustering method was used to determine the regional plan of the luggage & package station,And The method of generating alternative sets for consolidation station,evacuation station and warehouse is given.(4)Design genetic algorithm to solve the proposed logistics network planning model,and use the greedy thought and traversal algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm,based on distribution radius of the evacuation station,warehouse and fixed cost for sensitivity analysis.(5)On the basis of constructing the luggage & package transportation service network,a feasible path search algorithm between stations based on the A * algorithm is given,and the effectiveness of the network planning model and path search algorithm is verified by an example analysis. |
