The Chinese nation has a long civilization and splendid culture.The fine traditional culture of China is the spiritual lifeline of the Chinese nation.It is of great significance to the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and can help strengthen the cultural confidence of the Chinese people.Historical archives are the carrier of excellent Chinese culture,which clearly and systematically record the historical tradition,cultural accumulation and civilization inheritance of the Chinese nation.To strengthen the development and utilization of historical archive resources is to excavate,inherit and innovate the excellent Chinese culture.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to take historical archival resources as the research object and study the contents organization,aggregation and development of historical archival resources.In addition,with the continuous application and development of modern information technology in the field of archives,the digital management and data-oriented application of archive resources have become the focus of academic research and practice promotion.On the one hand,users' demand for comprehensive access to historical and cultural resources has become a mainstream trend.The government,society and individuals have increasingly urgent political,academic and cultural needs for historical archives,showing new features such as digitalization,networking and knowledge-based.On the other hand,the application of digital technology is reshaping the pattern of the development and utilization of historical archives.Theoretical methods such as digital humanities,data mining and knowledge organization are being widely used in the data-oriented processing,in-depth organization and practical application of historical documents and classics.However,in the face of voluminous,heterogeneous and multivariate historical archive resources,the application effectiveness of deep aggregation,semantic interconnection and knowledge mapping has not been really solved.Based on this,the linked data technology is introduced to build a solution to realize the aggregation of historical archive resources,and the feasible implementation strategy is put forward,which has strong research space and application scenarios at the theoretical level,technical application level and practical operation level.Based on the profound understanding of the value of historical archival resources,this paper systematically summarizes the research achievements in the fields of the development and utilization of historical archival resources,archival resource aggregation,and the application of linked data,and finds that there is room for further exploration in the research of the aggregation of historical archival resources based on linked data.On the basis of clarifying the basic research concepts and categories of this study,a systematic study is carried out under the guidance of the theories and methods of archival value theory,archival knowledge organization,digital humanity,etc.First of all,this paper puts forward the correlation data archival resources aggregation framework driven by technology,has been clear about the historical archives resources aggregate demand,the principle and process,from order correlation intensity,correlation Republic of China in the Second Historical Archives as the case object to make a metadata case study,and takes Sheng Xuanhuai archives as an example to construct the knowledge ontology of historical archives resources.Through the process of metadata element identification and knowledge ontology concept relation extraction,the data association model of historical archive resources is constructed.Thirdly,on the basis of the model construction,the semantic operation and publishing process of the associated data of historical archive resources are further designed,which strengthens the operability of the aggregation scheme of historical archive resources.Fourthly,the main functions of the aggregation service of historical archive resources are discussed in detail,and the service
