In Chinese law system, Law of Protection Minors is the one that regulates the communication most. For all that, mass media in China doesn't execute excellently, which leads to frequent problems in practices especially invasion of citizen's privacy. While internet makes things more complex.Freedom of expression and privacy are important to citizens. More freedom of expression, speech or press, more easy to arouse public's passion for truth, and then more benefit for science and art. It is a progress for public to make use of freedom of expression. The minors, a special colony, own more privacy then common citizens. The protection of minors'privacy should go on with international norms, taking children's maximum benefit as the first consideration. And this principle should be other regulations'reference or biggest goal. So, freedom of expression and minors'privacy are balances on importance, and should be given the equal consideration and respect. The former one requires the least limit, the latter the most benefit. How to achieve balance on the least and the most is of significance to citizen, mass media, law worker even the whole society.The article analyzes some typical cases on reports on invasion of minors'privacy, researching its detailed forms, elaborating its external and internal causes, giving some suggestions for the hope to find a balance between the principle of the least of the most. The article is divides into five chapters. The first chapter introduces theoretical framework and summarizes research currently in this field.The second chapter expounds the signification of minors'privacy and its current protection status. The third chapter analyzes the expressive forms of reports on invasions of minors'privacy. The fourth chapter probes the reasons. The fifth chapter gives some suggestions on how to avoid the mass media to invade minors'privacy.
