Pipeline transportation as an energy saving, environmental protection and efficient means of transport plays an important role in the national economy, without gas pipelines thousands of families'living will be chaos. With the pipeline increasing, the increase in operating life, aging, corrosion and damage from natural or man-made factors such as pipe leakage occur. Timely and accurately find the leak position, determine the leak rate, as soon as possible, take effective measures to deal with, you can maximize the protection of life and property, prevent environmental pollution and potentially more serious personal injury. Therefore, the urgent need for a convenient and efficient urban gas line leak detection.Due to the urban gas pipelines leaking problem, the paper pipeline leak acoustic signal generation and transmission mechanism was studied. Put forward an urban Pipeline leak as the core wireless detection methods based on NIOSⅡ. NIOSⅡapplication processor core control module of the SOPC technology, high processing speed, short development cycle, and strong expansion, low-risk PCB system board; wireless acquisition module fully used high-speed STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller's function such as A/D, PWM output clock and other features. Achieved a variable sampling rate, band-pass center frequency of the acoustic signal wireless collection; select the acoustic signal sensor, design amplifier circuit; leak acoustic signals, failure to determine the frequency of the signal characteristics; Data communications use nRF24L01 wireless transceiver module based on wireless data transmission to avoid using very long cables, the system easy to use and install; Using high-precision clock chip DS12C887 timing control synchronization acquisition module of each group collected to ensure that the acquisition sequence data synchronization; Data processing and leak locate the program in the PC LabVIEW program. The man-machine interface is simple; Multiple wireless data acquisition module sharing the work, multi-point wireless detection. Experimental results show that the gas pipeline leaks, the method can distinguish leakage signals and the destruction of interference of different frequency signals, detection and location of compressed air pipe 20m 3mm leak under the 0.4MPa pressure.
