Design And Implementation Of Control System Of Intelligent Compact Shelves Based On MCU

The structure of intelligent electric compact shelves consists of the control and mechanical parts. The control part is the MCU control system combine to the compact shelves based on the manual compact shelves and increase modern database management system and multiple intelligent detection technique, more convenient to achieve the function of quick access when use the electric compact shelves, and ensure the operation safely of compact shelves reliability and stability. Mechanical parts mainly include land rail, shelves, motor and transmission mechanism.Control system parts mainly including PC, communications of master and slave control circuit board, LCD intelligent display terminal, and a variety of sensors etc. and its main function is to achieve movement control of compact shelves, and ensure the safely of staff, display the state of motion. PC integrated database management software, used to update the data of system, and remote control compact shelves. Communication of master and slave control circuit board place in fixed column and each shift columns, and used to control various action of compact shelves, LCD intelligent display terminals can convenient help user to operate compact shelves use graphical interface, Various sensors have the functions to detect the location, surroundings and safely.MSP430F149 microprocessor is the core of the communication of master and slave control circuit board which mainly consists of an input/output interface and signal processing circuits. The master and slave control circuit board include the minimum system reset circuit, clock circuit and power circuit. Its function is mainly complete reliable detection, control and communication. Master and slave control board constituted by RS-485 bus communication circuit, and transmit the data signal. Slave control circuit board mainly includes buttons control circuit, H bridge motor control circuit, infrared light sensor and proximity switch interface circuit etc.LCD intelligent display terminal provides friendly human-machine interface for operator. The main control circuit board can communicate with display terminals using RS-485 bus. The display terminal will transmit operator's instructions to master control circuit board and each slave control circuit board, so as to control compact shelves movements. At the same time, the main control circuit board feedback each shift columns state information to the display terminal display.Sensor is indispensable component for control system, system chooses infrared sensors as locating safety detection, avoids personal injury caused by misuse, uses proximity switches sensors to control compact shelves movements, uses temperature and humidity sensors to record the whole system of surroundings changes, realizes control automatic, prevents moisture damage files.Database management of Compact shelves system supports LAN operation, can query and automatic retrieval, more convenient access to user and improve information management level of compact shelves system.In this paper, intelligent electric compact shelves contains above functions, and have better prospects compare with the traditional compact shelves, can set file management and integrate office automation.
