Pressure gas cylinders are complex and dangerous when they are filled.Once an accident happens,they often cause severe combustion or severe explosion or toxic gas leakage,which may cause serious casualties and property losses.In recent years,the explosion of gas cylinders has occurred.In view of the industry standard has not been established,many enterprises do not have effective management caused by the flow of society continue to use scrap cylinders on the cylinder,with a safety hazard Hunchong gas cylinders.In order to improve the effective management of pressure cylinders in warehousing and manage the circulation pressure cylinders in warehousing process,the electronic shelf control terminal is researched and designed in this paper.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the current situation of pressure cylinder management at home and abroad,the overall design scheme of the control terminal of the pressure cylinder electronic shelf system based on ARM is proposed in this paper,and the overall architecture of the control terminal is determined,and the system hardware system and the software platform are set up.The hardware system is mainly the selection of the ARM processor and its application to the peripheral interface circuit design.The construction of the software platform includes the construction of the cross compiler environment,the U-boot transplant with the hardware information,the Linux kernel configuration and the production of the root file system,as well as the construction of the Qt/ Embeded development environment.(2)Complete the design and implementation of the electronic shelf system control terminal data communication.It mainly includes the reading,processing and transmission of the information of the gas cylinder and the sensor data.Through the reverse analysis of the communication protocol of the scavenging device and the transmission protocol of the sensor,the corresponding package and package program is written.Because the RS-232 serial port and RS-485 serial port were used respectively,and the data of the terminal was transmitted to the server side through the network.In the design,Linux operation system was applied to multithread processing.(3)Complete the design and implementation of the electronic shelf system control terminal.It mainly includes the design of embedded database SQLite,and the design and implementation of the interface between the man-machine interface and the server side of the control terminal based on the Qt application.Finally,the function and stability of the terminal are tested.The test results show that the system can ensure stable operation and effectively deal with the abnormal state.
