Command and control are always the core issue of C~3I system, and is praised amplifier of the force, thus gained attention by the military institute of the world. Now in the information age, for appear of the "Network Centric Warfare (NCW)", it brings a profundity change to the command and control(C~2) system. Formation and cooperation air-to-ground attack has becoming one of the main battle modes, because air-to-ground attacking is the most effective means to capture mastery of the sky and give support to ground and water combat under the high-tech and partial warfare circumstances. In recent years, some institute and college have made much research. They have gained many achievements. But up to now it has no perfect system theory in this area, so it still has many issues need we to go ahead.Sustained by the national defense research project, we explore the whole structure of C~2 system in formation and cooperation air-to-ground attack environment, its inner module and disposal arithmetic. Adopt the theory of Adaptive Intelligent Multi-Agent System(AIMAS), we designed the structure mode of C~2 system infrastructure, the sensor managements system, the situation awareness system and the decision-making and their simulations.The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows:1) The whole structure of formation and cooperation air-to-ground attack's C~2 system based on AIMASBased on the new research results of adaptive theory and intelligent Agent theory, we raised the AIMAS theory to model the infrastructure of formation and cooperation air-to-ground attack's C~2 system. For the first time we bring the Agent model with intelligent assistant Sub-Agent to modeling the formation and cooperation air-to-ground attack's C system.2) The sensor management model of formation and cooperation air-to-ground attack's C~2 system based on AIMASBased on the analysis of sensor management system, we construct the sensor management model on AIMAS theory. Present the real time task sequence method to model the sensor management assistant tutor Sub-Agent, through the girding of battlefield we give two sensor management policy: one target in a grid and many targets in a grid, the simulation result is also given.
