Dense shelves are often used for storage of high density materials,books and archives.Traditional control mode of dense shelf is either manual control or simple electromechanical control.Manual dense frame control is required to rotate the handle and move it through chain transmission mechanism,which not only operates slowly but also demands high labor intensity.Simple control operation of electromechanical intensive shelf is complicated and inconvenient.It does not have the function of information query and management to store objects.It also only has a single function and lacks the function of safety protection.This paper studies the application of MCU control technology,modern communication technology and database management technology on the control and management of dense shelf to realize automation and informatization of dense shelf control.Thesis topic shows good application value in real field tests.The intelligent dense frame control system studied in this paper is mainly composed of fixed column controller and mobile column controller.Controllers are based on enhanced high-performance 51 single-chip microcontroller as the control core,using Devon serial interface screen as human-computer interaction equipment.It has the features of easy programming,simple operation and good user experience.The design of mobile column is driven by DC brushless motor with Hall element position feedback.It is easy to realize position detection of mobile column and PID control of moving speed.In order to make the operation of the dense shelf fast and stable,this paper studies the control methods of starting and stopping the raising and reducing speed of the moving train of the dense shelf.Aiming at the especially important security problem of mobile train operation,this paper studies and designs several key technologies of security protection,such as short circuit block control of mobile train controller,photoelectric shielding protection,and interlocking control of direction signal and limit signal,etc.Considering that multiple mobile colunns need to avoid collision in the process of moving,this paper adopts fixed column controller as the main machine,and many mobile column controllers as the extensions,and coordinates control through MODBUS communication protocol.It not only ensures the reliable com?unication between the frames,but also makes the movement of each moving column well organized.The intelligent dense shelf control system designed in this paper has the ability of long-term stable and smart and easy operation,guarantees the safety of people and objects in the operation process of the system,provides password rights,and prevents unauthorized personnel from opening dense shelf to read files by intention.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows.(1)A variety of security protection technologies for the dense shelf control are studied,including software and hardware protection for personal safety and software protection for information security,to ensure the safe operation of the intelligent dense shelf.(2)The hardware circuits of the fixed and mobile column controllers of the dense frame are designed,as well as the human-machine interface software based on the serial touch screen,the control of the single chip computer and the communication software of Modbus.(3)The speed control method to prevent the moving column from swaying or colliding in motion is studied.(4)The special circuits of the counter-fire asynchronous infrared counting circuit and the high current narrow pulse infrared scanning gesture recognition circuit are studied and designed,which make the operation of the dense rack safer and more intelligent and convenient.(5)The motor speed control based on PID control algorithm is studied to ensure the smooth operation of the dense frame.
