The tunnel is a special section of highway,its exterior and interior environment varies greatly.The tunnel illumination needs to be set for solving the problem of chauffeur's dark and bright adaptation to ensure the security of tunnel traffic.While most current tunnel illumination systems are very simple,the tunnel illumination regulation is not adjusted with the factors of tunnel exterior luminance,vehicle information,tunnel smog concentration and so on.There exists the problem of increasing the tunnel brightness blindly,which may bring the problem of traffic security and waste of energy.These systems do not comply with the design specifications and the requirements of national energy policy.Tunnel is a special section of highway traffic,and the environments between the outside and inside are varied greatly. In order to ensure traffic safety,the illumination system is necessary.But most current tunnel illumination systems only have simple function,can not adjust the light intensity according to the exterior environment, waste large number of energy.In this paper, firstly, the current research status of development tunnel illumination and intelligent lighting control is introduced.Then,in view of the problems of current tunnel illumination control system, the tunnel illumination system based on Niosâ…¡core is proposed. This system is mainly used in small tunnel, with precise dimming and energy saving features. The following functions can be achieved:adjusting the light intensity according to the exterior environment; detecting faults automaticly, displaying the fault lamp number on the LCD screen once the lamp worked Abnormally; testing whether the vehicles in the tunnel,if there is no vehicle,all the lamps turn off.Divide the system into ex-tunnel control system and in-tunnel illumination terminal devices according to the system functions'required. Ex-tunnel control system mainly including the embedded FPGA core controller Niosâ…¡, light intensity sensor,vehicle sensors and LCD display. In-tunnel illumination terminal device including LED array particles, LED drive circuit, lamp failure detection circuit and C8051F330D controller. Niosâ…¡core controller and C8051F330D communicate through RS485, transmitting PWM duty cycle and fault information. The paper introduces the design idea of the above circuits, as well as the realization principle of the circuit design. And it explains the selection of main device, the structures and performance characteristics of the device, as well as the selection and calculation of the major technical parameters. Furthermore, it gives the detailed circuit schematic diagrams.The paper designs software framework for the tunnel illumination system,including design methods, processes and functions to achieve a systematic design and the preparation of the software.Finally, the paper summaries the main work that is completed in design, at the same time, points out the shortage and the improvement in design. |
