As the computer network communication and related technology develop, remote monitoring is becoming an important research topic in Real-time monitoring of coal mine winch system, its fusion of modern communications technology, database technology and artificial intelligence technologies, eliminate the monitoring mine winch system in time and space limitations. Through monitoring the work state of coal mine winch system, greatly improve the production efficiency, save the cost of production and ensure production safety.This thesis analyzed and researched on coalmine winch remote monitoring system and its key technologies, and established an overall structure of coalmine winch remote monitoring system. For the characteristics of long-range transmission in coalmine winch monitoring data, analyzed the OPC communication mechanism, Object Model and Data Access, a technology based on OPC elevator monitoring data communication solutions, Efficient solution to real-time communications between the scene data and applications. At the same time to study the basic principles of fault tree for the fault diagnosis and proposed rule-based expert system fault diagnosis method, and presents practical applications of the system in a subsidiary of Xuzhou Coalmine Group named Sanhejian Coal Mine.The application results of Coal Mine Winch Remote Monitoring System show that the proposed technology based on OPC remote data communication method and network system architecture in line with requirements of actual production of coal mine winch and have good practical value. |
