With the emergence and development of Internetware, the distributed, interoperable and heterogeneous feature of information system is becoming more significant. System integration is an effective way to break the phenomenon of "information silo". While the traditional way of integration could not adapt the dynamic and changing environment in system integration, MAS provides an available way with its focus on studying the cooperation, competition and collaboration mechanism of autonomous Agents in dynamic distributed environment.An architecture of Federation structured MAS is proposed. In the architecture, the collaborative approach and strategy of agents is studied, with emphasis on the tasks decomposition and cooperation, multi-Agent collaboration algorithm and exception handling mechanism. Based on these, integration control engine is designed and implemented. Through interpreting the script with integration logic, building and checking integration rules as well as sending the rules to special Agents as their behavior standard, the integration control engine provide well supports for the mechanism of integration logic and the integration logic dynamic switch feature in system integration.Finally, a group of experiments is conducted to verify the approach and strategy proposed in this paper. Results show that the Agents collaborative strategy improves the stability and efficiency of system integration. Meanwhile, the integration control engine provides well supports for the feature of dynamical integration.
