The Design And Realization Of Education Training Management System Based On B/S

In order to overcome the deficiencies of the present education training management system such as single function, low efficiency, at the same time, to solve the problems exist in the current system, the thesis has designed a three-tier structure system based on B/S which choose J2EE and SQL to realize.This project firstly analyses the development actualities of the present education training management system and intensively studies the platform architecture of J2EE technology as well as the key technologies and methods of XML and JDBC. On this basis, the paper starts to analyzes function requirement and to design the system. The system consists of intranet information management subsystem and internet information issue subsystem, there are eight modules in total. The former is made up of basic data management, educational management, student management, decision analysis, information management and system administration six functional modules. The latter contains two function modules:student application and information management.By developing this project, the present working environment and condition will be improved, the working efficiency, level and quality will also get further improvement, the training procedure of education can be standardized. Meanwhile, standard training principle will be formulated, information of basic data, courses results, study effects will be integrate, and management information system of education will be established together with characteristic to meet the need of promoting information development and realizing dynamic management of training, as well as unifying and sharing information of students. The project has already been used in the practical work of Bureau of Personnel, which has effectively promoted the information construction.
