Design And Implementation Of Appointment Registration System Based On WEB Services

The difficulty of patient registration is always the greatest obstacle for consulting a doctor in internal hospitals, especially some famous large and medium-sized hospitals. At present, the backwardness of patient concept, the increase of proportion between doctors and the patients, the disparity of medical level and uneven distribution of medical resources that are shaped by present medical system reform in China, tremendously aggravate the difficulty for common registration. Sometimes, it will be more difficult for registering medical experts. What's more, lots of places appear illegal phenomena where some people speculate and resell patient's registration. Therefore, the large and medium hospitals are required to carry out an appointment registration services by the relevant regulatory requirements. It is not only most convenient for patients to receive treatment, but also effective use of medical service resources. With the development of computer networking technology and information technology, workers of hospital information system combine networking technology with appointment registration and come up with idea for Online Appointment Registration System.In view of ASP.NET and database technology, Online Appointment Registration System was designed and realized by WEB service architecture based on B/S mode. At first, based on system business model, outpatient service business process and appointment registration business process, this paper detailedly analyzes function requirements of Appointment Registration System by its features. Secondly, for the service concept of patient centered, this paper designs Online Appointment Registration System as a whole by system feasibility, system databases, system technology architecture and Appointment Registration System module. Meanwhile, static structure and dynamic structure of Online Appointment Registration System were conducted a detailed design by system relational class diagram, system sequence diagram and system collaboration diagram. With E-R diagram and coding schedule, this paper also detailedly designs system data base construction. System data base construction includes personal information sheet, doctor information sheet, department information sheet, appointment information sheet based on time and department, administrator information sheet and successful appointment information sheet, etc. Lastly, on account of system detailed design goal, several functions of Online Appointment Registration System has been realized by the technique of ASP.NET and database interview technique of ADO.NET. The system functions mainly consist of login system, register system, appointment system, inquire system and other aided functions. In the end, the paper shows using steps, running printscreens and part of the source code.Online Appointment Registration System developed in this paper relieves the difficulty of patient registration in a way, highly makes patient easier for registration, and improves the service efficiency in hospital. After trail run for three months, there were more than 300 people who had achieved Online Appointment Registration and 106 people who had registered online. The application of the system wins a favorable reception from patients and doctors, improves hospital's competitiveness and makes the good external effect.
