It is well recognized that going to hospital and seeing a doctor is a tough issue in China and urgently needed to be solved, and it is also one of the concerns of our government and hospital. Although our government has been making effort and trying to optimize and upgrade the software and hardware conditions in hospitals, and standardize the procedures of the treatment, the tension between hospitals and patients are still strong. Patients are having difficulty in making appointment with hospitals and this has severely affect patient’s illness as well as causing a huge stress in management for hospitals. In order to solve the problem, we need a tool or a software to make the appointment making easy, simple and convenient, thus reducing the pressure in management of making appointment with doctors, and providing a comfortable medical environment for patients as well as a good working space for those hospital stuff.This essay and system is to provide a solution to the seeing-doctors appointment difficulty, and also to provide some relevant app development solutions. The essay and system is divided into two parts; one is resource convergence, and the other is the centralized management. The first step is to converge all the hospitals’ and doctors’ serial numbers data of the city, then manage the data and update the data(including each single doctor’s shift arrangement). To make sure that all the people in the city could be blessed by the public resource service, it is very necessary to provide the following actions: sharing resources, concentration distribution, and to make the pooling-resource distribute and cover every single corner. How to build up the system? On one hand, it must be a free appointment making channel, providing free software and also hardware service to the public. Users can make an appointment with a doctor via various channels, no any additional charges. On the other hand, it must be updating frequently and with more and more hospitals and doctors accessing and teaming up, therefore, the public will have much more options. After all the preparation, the platform could be built up. And all the citizens can have all the relevant detailed information of the city’s hospitals, including the department information and shifting information, just with one surf and click, the appointment making could be done. In addition, platform users can select the relevant information in advance and the system will help to make auto appointment. Also, when there is less doctors available, the system will also push the recommending doctors. It is just smart.To register service as the center, design registration process and including registration related services, such as real name registration, blacklist management, doctors recommend, automatic booking, reservation printing, family member management, including non functional digital signature, high concurrent design and implementation.This system based on j2 ee framework for development, the use of spring, struts 2 and mybatis open source technology, with a year of hard work for designation, development, integration, and tests, it is proved that it can be applied into the real life with practicability and stability. At the moment, there are more than 90 hospitals agreed to have access into the system. Via the hospitals’ terminals or calling to 12580, the seeing-doctors appointment can be done easily, and the system has been taking into practical use and having made over a thousand appointments every day.
