| The Global information technology boom led to rapid development of information technology also put forward new requirements for information on the construction of the various industries. Now the Health care system in the world faces the same problem, how to build to meet the objective needs of the health care system and Protecte hospital investment to facilitate future expansion. In this thesis, we design an appointment management system based on the current development situation of infectious diseases in JinZhou and the researching at the theory and technology of abroad. It is the system based on B/S model and mainly includes the following content:Design and imlement the function of login and register, which can make the user login the system. We also make the implemention of the function of data maintenance. This system realizes the registering online to booking function; the user can choose to register type, For example, experts or civilians etc. Then the user need to select the visiting time, also can make an appointment of the inspection etc. This part is the core module of the system design in this paper realizes information maintenance functions, including expert information, user information, and information publish and related data maintenance etc.Make the system test to the system developed in this thesis. Mainly include the system function test, user interface test and performance test. Design test case using the test process flow and make the test. It includes the analysis of test data and the data detailed screening and analysis and makes the conclusion.In this thesis, we use the technology such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and so on to design the program based on B/S model and take standard process of software development as the way of system design. At last, we make the system test and the results show that the system designed in this thesis has met the customer’s needs and can be put into use. |
