Recently,coal mine accidents happend frenquently in china,which had brought great losses to our country's economy,and also had given huge mental trauma to people. However,lots of the emergency alarm system used in mine could not provide exact help to safety protection,so it became extremely urgent to develop a set of comprehensive integrated management system for digital underground.Therefore based on the protocol of wireless Mesh network,the Digital Mines Wireless Communication Integrated Management System (DMCIMS),which integrated the abilities of voice communication,vedio monitoring,positioning and emergency alarming,was developed in the article.As important parts of the system,voice communication system and positioning system,which could provide position and voice communication, were very significant to safety protection.According to the actual enviroment in the mine,wireless positioning system and voice system was developed after the technology of Mesh was studied.In the paper,the main contents completed were as follows:Firstly,simplely introduced the advantages and features of Mesh,and compared it with other wireless network,as Ad-hoc,WLAN and so on; According to the needs of mine monitoring system,WMN was built up, and the bandwidth,delay and throughput were test to ensure the feasibility of the network;Secondly,the new positioning algorithm of ring overlapping algorithm combined centroid was raised,besides it was realized with C# in the platform of VS2008.Then the algorithm was separately tested in star,chain and hybrid networks.The result proved that the new way was better than the traditional methods.At last,the wireless voice system was designed based on SIP protocol and VoIP.Then the QoS of the system was analyzed by Clear Sight Analyzer,including MOS,packet loss,jitter,out of order packet delivery and delay.Thus,it was clearly be seen that the DMCIMS worked well in the mine,and the positioning system and voice communication system had great performances as well,that is to say,the system reached the desired objective,and could provided safety protection for the mine.
