Cement is the indispensable important material in the construction industry, and the cement industry is the pillar industry of national economy in China. From the current management situation of Chinese cement enterprises, the vast majority management of cement enterprise is still relatively extensive, all kinds of automation system in the enterprise are isolated from each other, poor information sharing, repeat the information collection and so on. In order to solve the above problem, this paper developed a cement industry remote optimization control system platform.The system platform includes system configuration and authority management subsystem, basic data management subsystem, energy management system, production management system, equipment management subsystem and optimal control system. Since the whole system platform is more involved in the content, and the workload is enormous, the system platform is designed and developed by stages. This paper focuses on the design and development of the system configuration and authority management subsystem, data management subsystem and energy management subsystem, the other subsystems will be gradually improved in the process of system maintenance.The main work of this paper is reflected in the following aspects.(1) This paper analysised the requirements of each subsystem based on function needs of a Building Material Group, and specific concrete functions that each subsystems needs to implement. Determine the system design principles should be complied with in the process of system design.(2) The system is designed with three layer architecture based on the demand analysis. In this paper, the main design and implementation is system configuration and authority management subsystem, basic data management subsystem and energy management system.According to the hardware environment of a Building Material Group completed the overall design of the database structure, and focus on the implementation of database table structure design of the three subsystems. In the process of system development, in order to realize the flexible conversion of system data, reduce the coupling degree of a code, this paper design and implementation of a data transfer protocol; in order to realize the flexible configuration ofthe system report information, this paper presents the design idea of general report based on Excel-XML, and design the report template generator. In the deployment phase, in order to ensure the high performance operating of system platform, the server completed the network load balancing configuration.(3) The system is designed by using B/S structure in the.NET platform. And it used of the creation mode, structure mode and behavior mode flexibly to realize the function of system configuration and authority management subsystem, data management subsystem and energy management subsystem. And the system platform runs well in the actual hardware environment of a Building Material Group, and achieved the expected effects.
