Abstract/Summary:
This paper proposed a kind of energy control method which is used to solve a problem. The problem is that conventional control method can not get good control effect in certain specific environment or field. According to the expected results, this method analyses how much energy should be changed. We control system to achieve the desired results by changing energy.The key of this paper is to get effective control for large inertia system by using energy control method. Firstly, we study the conventional PID control method, and analyze its advantages and disadvantages. This paper points that the control of PID has the problem of having bad control effects while using the same control parameters, during the changes in the external environment and the control expectations rate are very big. We propose the energy control method on the basis of this. In order to study the implementation of this method, we have learned the basic knowledge of the laws of thermodynamics and the first law of thermodynamics. We study specific implementation of energy control method by using first law of thermodynamics. Finally, in order to better use the energy control method, we introduce the method of expert system. By using energy control method to fill database of expert system, this method overcome the problem of lack of expert experience for now control object. We establish ideal expert database for getting good control by constantly experimenting and exploration.We design and development a intelligent temperature control system using programmable controller and touch screen combining biological fermentation system, in order to verify the feasibility and validity of this method. The practical application shows that this temperature control system gets better control effect than the traditional method for large inertia and evironmental change big system. For other large inertia or strong hysteretic nature system in industrial production this method provides reference value.
