China is a big agricultural country, at present, Party Central Committee pays a high attention to the problem of"three dimensional rural issues"(countryside, agriculture, peasant), and among them, the most important problem is the low income of the peasants. Therefore, it is the primary task to improve peasants'income to greatly develop our countries'grain modern logistics. Grain modern logistics means that it employs the modern logistics technology , the idea of management, the advanced information technology and GIS technology to integrate and utilize resources of grain logistics, and to realize integrated operation, to elevate grain logistics service level, to satisfy the progress of user'demands. Informatization is the key and soul of the grain modern logistics, GIS is applied to grain logistics information platform system, which is the inevitable requirement of the grain modern logistics development.According to the current situation of grain logistics, the informatization process of grain logistics is very slow; there are many restriction factors of sustainable development and the security in grain logistics, such as, the traditional deliving mode based mainly on raw grain packaging, high cost, a long time of transportation, circulating baffle, low efficiency, poor information sharing, and so on. Grain distribution is the key factor of the logistics, and the scientific and reasonable scheme of distribution, which can improve the operational efficiency of company and reduce the logistics cost. Therefore, this paper regards the grain logistics information platform system as analysis object, rely on the modern information technology, grain logistics vehicle real-time tracking and vehicle route problem optimization are studied. The key to improve the grain logistic modern management is to realize information sharing and visualization management of grain circulation. The grain logistics information platform based on GIS is studied in the following aspects:(1) Grain Logistics Vehicle Route OptimizationCentering on the grain logistics vehicle route problem, VRP is discussed and made profound study in this paper. When constructing the mathematic model of grain logistics vehicle route problem with time windows, it was thought of the actual situation of grain logistics and the corresponding constraint condition, what's more, the solution algorithm is also studied. A Particle swarm optimization (PSO) with self-adaptive inertia weight is proposed for solving the grain logistics VRPTM, and the final goal is to optimize the VRP of grain logistics. PSO is a new heuristic algorithm to the combinatorial optimization problem, which contains following advantages: few individual numbers; simple and fast arithmetic, good robustness. This article is mainly to find the solution of the vehicle route problem of the grain logistics utilizing particle swarm optimization algorithm.(2) The Study of GIS and Grain Logistics Tracking TechnologyTo introduce the GIS to the grain logistics information platform system, and combine the grain logistics tracking technology can enable management more convenient and realize visualization of the grain circulation process. The key problem in GIS is the abstract of the geographical data. According to the feature of grain logistics distribution and the topology theory, required grain depots and grain distribution center are converted to the network topological graphs of grain logistics distribution. And the solution for the grain logistics vehicle route problem is based on this topological structure. Visual display of grain logistics VRP is also based on distribution network topological structure.(3) According to the problem of the grain logistics distribution, the core modules of information platform were studied, for example: vehicle real-time tracking module, vehicle route problem of grain logistics distribution module and so on. This paper made the general analysis of the structure and designing functions of grain logistics information platform, and finally constructed an information platform system of grain logistics based on GIS.
