Vehicle routing problem is a hot and difficult resreach spot, which is described to complete the task distribution, and make reasonable travel arrangements for transportation routes with constraints. It has great significance to lower logistics costs, improve economic efficiency, and adjust the industrial structure. Many scholars at home or abroad have studied various models from multi-angle, and have made a lot of research results. However, due to the different factors considered in models, various algorithms have limited applications only for specific situations. Even for the same kind of problem model, the different method under different data sizes may also show different effect. Intelligent transportation software and logistics software usually contain very limited kinds of algorithm. On the other hand, the development of information technology is in full swing, many new ideas and new technologies have been proposed. Software as a Service is a new 21st century model of software applications. The most common way to implement SaaS is Web Services, which released the software as Web services, through Internet using Web services. SOA can integrate various software resources as services together and improve the reuse of resources. To the application point, the integration of the algorithms for solving VRP models is studied under the SOA-BPM logistics information platform. This thesis firstly explains the meaning of researching VRP and development status of the new information technology, then studies SOA platform's realization skill, finally, takes the most simple point to point directly distribution model for example, designed and implemented routing algorithm services and SOA platform's Integration.
