Logistics modernization can reduce commodity cost, improve work productivity and promote national economy mount. The logistics industry is the artery and basic industry of national economy development and the drive and headspring of promoting economy development, the development degree of which is the important sign of weighing the degree of national modernization and integrated national power.Along with the forming of modern management idea and the importing of modern high and new technology, logistics translates from traditional circulation of product to modern logistics. And common logistics information platform has become a trend of logistics industry development. Common logistics information platform can conform logistics information resource, realize collection, process, organization, storage, transportation, integration and share of logistics information and accomplish cooperation of logistics subsystems, and supply user main with information service and assistant decision, in order to strength the cooperation of logistics corporation and form and optimize supply chain.Relied on the item of item of Jilin"research on the key theory and technology of common logistics information platform of Jilin", this paper analyses the essential of constructing common logistics information platform of Jilin, brings forward systemic framework, function module composed, information flow of function module of common logistics information platform. Focused on the key technology of common logistics information platform of Jilin: the problem of routing optimization of logistics distribution; Emergency logistics and the key service of Government and profession associationThe main contents of this thesis are followed:Chapter one: introduction. This part first introduces the development of logistics information system at home and aboard, and then analyses the problems existed in logistics information system based on investigation of Jilin, then the essential of constructing common logistics information platform, finally, puts forward the main research contents and research intention and significance of this article.Chapter two: System analysis and design the common logistics information platform of Jilin.Combined by the development actuality of logistics information system of Jilin, this part defines user main and service main of common logistics information platform of Jilin, and analyses requirement characteristic, user requirement information and common logistics information requirement of common logistics information. This part mainly brings forward function module, integrated framework and logic framework. First puts forward currency function of platform based on the requirement analysis of common logistics information platform, constructs function module of platform, and analyses the information flow of function module, then researches on the systemic design of platform: establishing integrated framework and logic framework based on collectivity design fundamental of platform.Chapter three: research on the problem of vehicle routing optimization based on common logistics information platform. This part mainly researches on the hotspot problem"the problem of vehicle routing optimization". First introduces the common theory and method of the problem of vehicle routing optimization, for example, Genetic algorithm, Ant Colony algorithm, Simulated Annealing algorithm and so on, and then bring forward ant colony algorithm applied this algorithm in the problem of vehicle routing optimization, lastly, validate the algorithm with an example.Chapter four: research on the problem of emergent logistics. According to the conception and points of emergent logistics and lucubrate emergent module of common information platform of Jilin, which is based on emergent logistics management and information systems. Then according to these theories, establish emergent logistics module of common information platform.Chapter five: the construction of common logistics information platform and research on operation systems. Researching the construction of information platform system, basic work of operation, implement steps, the equipments needed and management operation. Analyze implement steps particularly for forming common logistics information platform.Chapter six: sum-up and prospect of the whole article. This paper summarizes the research contents of whole article, and brings forward the contents of required research and consummation.This thesis focuses on the research on the systemic design and typical technique of common logistics information platform of Jilin based on the development actuality of logistics information system of Jilin, the intention of which is to offer theory direction and technique support for the construction of common logistics information platform of Jilin, and has a instruction significance for other cities.
