Logistics is the substantiality flowing process of product from supplying placeto accepting place, including transportation, storage, assemble and unassembled,packing, circulated machining and distribution. Logistics modernization can reducecommodity cost, improve work productivity and promote national economy mount.The logistics industry is the artery and basic industry of national economydevelopment and the drive and headspring of promoting economy development, thedevelopment degree of which is the important sign of weighing the degree ofnational modernization and integrated national power.Along with the forming of modern management idea and the importing ofmodern high and new technology, logistics translates from traditional circulation ofproduct to modern logistics. And common logistics information platform hasbecome a trend of logistics industry development. Common logistics informationplatform can conform logistics information resource, realize collection, process,organization, storage, transportation, integration and share of logistics informationand accomplish cooperation of logistics subsystems, and supply user main withinformation service and assistant decision, in order to strength the cooperation oflogistics corporation and form and optimize supply chain.Relied on the item of Jilin "research on the key theory and technology ofcommon logistics information platform of Jilin", this paper analyses the essentialof constructing common logistics information platform of Jilin, brings forwardsystemic framework, function module composed, information flow of functionmodule of common logistics information platform. Focused on the key technologyof common logistics information platform of Jilin: the problem of routingoptimization of logistics distribution, and communication network and safetytechnique of platform, this paper brings forward Immune Monoclone algorithmapplied this algorithm in the problem of vehicle routing optimization and thechoice fundamental of communication mode.The main contents of this thesis are followed:Chapter one: introduction. This part first introduces the development oflogistics information system at home and aboard, and then analyses the problemsexisted in logistics information system based on investigation of Jilin, then theessential of constructing common logistics information platform, finally, putsforward the main research contents and research intention and significance of thisarticle.Chapter two: requirement analysis of common logistics information platformof Jilin. Combined by the development actuality of logistics information system ofJilin, this part defines user main and service main of common logistics informationplatform of Jilin, and analyses requirement characteristic, user requirementinformation and common logistics information requirement of common logisticsinformation.Chapter three: system analysis and design of common logistics informationplatform of Jilin. This part mainly brings forward function module, integratedframework and logic framework. First puts forward currency function of platformbased on the requirement analysis of common logistics information platform,constructs function module of platform, partition function module and analyses theinformation flow of function module, then researches on the systemic design ofplatform: establishing integrated framework and logic framework based oncollectivity design fundamental of platform, finally, analyses software andhardware design of common logistics information platform.Chapter four: research on the problem of vehicle routing optimization basedon common logistics information platform. This part mainly researches on thehotspot problem "the problem of vehicle routing optimization". First introduces thecommon theory and method of the problem of vehicle routing optimization, forexample, C-W, Genetic algorithm, Ant Colony algorithm, Simulated Annealingalgorithm and so on, and then brings forward Immune Monoclone algorithmapplied this algorithm in the problem of vehicle routing optimization, lastly,validate the algorithm with an example.Chapter five: research on the communication network and safety technique ofcommon logistics information platform. This part includes two aspects of keytechnique, one is the technique of communication network, and the other is thetechnique of network safety. First research on the technique of communicationnetwork, analyses the application of wire communication and wirelesscommunication mode, and brings forward the choice fundamental ofcommunication mode, and then analyses the technique of network safety, includingthe technique of anti-virus, firewall, data encrypt, Identification and VPN ofplatform.Chapter six: sum-up and prospect of the whole article. This paper summarizesthe research contents of whole article, and brings forward the contents of requiredresearch and consummated.This thesis focuses on the research on the systemic design and typicaltechnique of common logistics information platform of Jilin based on thedevelopment actuality of logistics information system of Jilin, the intention ofwhich is to offer theory direction and technique support for the construction ofcommon logistics information platform of Jilin, and has a instruction significancefor other cities.
