With the increasing demand of e-commerce merchants and their customers for timeliness and transparency of logistics,the existing methods and technologies of logistics management are increasingly unable to adapt to the development of the times.At the same time,the transformation of logistics management in the whole social economy is becoming more and more urgent.And there are a large number of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China.Most of these small and medium-sized logistics enterprises do not have enough funds and talents to support the actual needs of logistics informatization.This has caused a lot of obstacles to the standardization of logistics management informatization in China.Based on this,this paper analyses and summarizes the actual needs of logistics informationize.By using software technology,Internet technology,GIS/GPS technology,a logistics management platform oriented decision optimization of vehicle scheduling is designed and implemented.Provide standardized logistics information management Saa S services for domestic logistics enterprises.The system mainly uses PHP,JS,CSS language to realize the syst em access control strategy,basic information management,data report generation,logistics vehicle distribution path planning and other functional modules.The access control strategy mainly has the function of system login and authority management,which is the most basic guarantee of system data security.The basic information management module mainly includes personnel information management module and vehicle information management module and the other modules,which mainly realizes the management function of basic data of logistics enterprises.Logistics vehicle routing module is designed to reduce the vehicle no-load rate in the process of logistics distribution in order to reduce the cost of logistics distribution.The function of logistics vehicle r outing planning is mainly based on the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm designed in this paper.By analyzing and summarizing the system data,the report generation module can display the distribution of logistics enterprise data more intuitivel y in the form of charts.Based on the security policy of Nginx server,the data access service middleware and dual-channel data access mode are designed to further enhance the security of data.Based on the requirement of high concurrent real-time access of the system,a server network model combining distributed and centralized access is designed and implemented.Aiming at the problem of route planning in the process of logistics vehicle distribution,this paper designs a hybrid particle swarm optimizatio n algorithm based on standard particle swarm optimization(SPSO).The concept of mutation is introduced into the algorithm to further accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm.In the path planning module of the system,the parameters of the algorithm are designed based on the multiple simulation of real data to ensure the validity of the results of each path planning.At the end of the paper,the function and performance of the system are tested strictly.The complete function test of the system proves the correctness of the system's function;the system's performance test estimates the system's ability to withstand high traffic,and provides appropriate guidance data for the expansion of the system server.
