With more and more intense competition of resource such as petroleum and coal, oil resource is priority in economic structure of all the nations in the world. As to the petroleum industry in China, it's an important task that how to reduce cost, raise efficiency, reduce the probability of unsafe troubles.Oil production in oil field is complex. The number of oil wells is very large and they are placed remote and sporadic. It's not efficient that workers patrol and examine the equipments and working condition in oil field, so it's too much beneficial to realize digitalization and automation oilfield. Remote data acquisition monitoring system support a rational strategy for oil field to realize information improving, networking and data sharing.Based on the character of data acquisition monitoring system and the structure of original system, this paper designs and realizes a oil well's monitoring system. This system can import new type RTU to original data acquisition system, manage and maintain data. This system expands the original system.This paper introduces this system's data model, database structure and data persistence layer. I mainly describe the communication mode between RTU and this system, including creating the communication route, message definition, address definition and data analysis module. This paper also describes the communication mode between this system and central server, introduces how to realize the data acquisition function and self-defined protocol. This system support the user management, communication service, sites management, protocol management function. And this system realizes real-time data display function, history data inquiry and broken-down package statistics. These functions make up the main functionality of this system.This system contains the indirect dynamometer calculation module and the diagnostic module of pumping unit. This paper deeply analyzes the dynamometer and power diagram of pumping units and supports more useful data for workers. The indirect dynamometer calculation module calculates the dynamometer card through the power diagram of pumping unit and we can judge the working condition of the sensor in field. The diagnostic module calculates the underground dynamometer, analyzes the figure features of underground dynamometer and judges the working condition of pumping units. These two modules realize the deep data mining and improve the digitalization of oilfield.
