| With the development of a new round strategies among manufacturing powers around the world,the pace of manufacturing moves toward smart manufacturing is gradually accelerating.The acquisition of the underlying manufacturing process data is an important condition for the realization of intelligent manufacturing.Therefore,research on data acquisition systems is an extremely important part of intelligent manufacturing.In order to solve some problems in the current data acquisition methods,this paper studies the data acquisition system based on protocol conversion and OPC technology.The data acquisition system studied in this paper mainly includes three parts:protocol conversion module,OPC server and data acquisition client.Firstly,the implementation of protocol conversion technology based on netX network controller is studied.The hardware circuit and protocol conversion program of the protocol conversion module are designed.The Profibus MPI fieldbus protocol is converted to Modbus/TCP protocol,which can realize the non-modified device program data acquisition.Then it studies COM/DCOM technology which is the basic of OPC technology,analyzes the content of OPC data access specification to develop OPC server,designs the structure of OPC server and details the implementation process of each part.The OPC server can centralize and further standardize the underlying information to improve system compatibility.Subsequently,the development of the data acquisition client was carried out.The overall structure of the data acquisition client was designed and the workflow was analyzed.Realizes the configuration of required data items and configuration storage;uses multi-threaded technology to enable data to be displayed and storaged at the same time;the way of data storage is designed to make the storage process more efficient and easy to query;WCF technology is used so that remote users can access the data.Finally,it tested and analyzed the system.The use of third-party software to test parts of the system proves the performance and compatibility of various parts of the system;and the overall system is tested to prove the reliability of the entire system.It shows that the system has reached the expected design goals through the test. |
