Airborne data acquisition system used for the test data acquisition, transmission, processing and storage, is the key equipment in flight test. With wide application of the communication network technology in the aviation field, new demands of the airborne data acquisition system were put forward for the flight test of the new aircraft and large aircraft. Networked airborne data acquisition system has relatively great advantages in scalability, real-time, data transmission bandwidth, data exchange and sharing, which meets the flight test demands of the future aircraft.Based on the research project "key technology research, implementation and verification of the data acquisition system based on Real-time Ethernet", this paper mainly focused on the function module partition, software design and implementation of the embedded master station in networked airborne data acquisition system.Firstly, the present status and networking development trends of the airborne data acquisition system was briefly introduced, and a networked data acquisition scheme based on EtherCAT was proposed after the detailed analysis of EtherCAT. On the basis of the above, with the embedded master station as the research object, the function of the software and hardware coprocessor was partitioned, and the software module was detailed designed. Finally, the software developing process of the embedded master station is detailed described, such as system on chip development and Linux porting, and then the EtherCAT mailbox service function is implemented and verified based on the C language program. |
