In addition to professional education, vocational guidance is becoming more important for vocational education.so it includes psychological analysis, employment policy, vocational guidance techniques, etc.Reference to the existing part of the vocational guidance software and Holland "People Vocation match" theory, the thesis design and realization based on B/S model of the structure of vocational guidance system. Through the student's character evaluation, the system access to student personality tendencies and personality types then provides various types of work, adaptability and career planning recommendations. System development process includes career guidance software analysis, school career guidance requirements and complete system architecture design, function module design, database design, input and output designs and so on. Using Servlet, Tomcat, MySQL complete each other to Browser/ Server mode, This ensures that software development has a certain relevance and·scalability, thereby enhancing the adaptability of the software.
