Research And Design On The Integration Of Production, Broadcast, And Deposit Of Digital TV Platform

The thesis introduces Heilongjiang TV Network's digital TV distribution platform, which contains integrated production, broadcasting and storage design, construction of the platform and it's application. , which is the largest Hi-Definition(HD) production, distribution and storage platform within China. In the advancement of digitization ,as the first the platform is of great value in terms of providing a sample for the inter-connection between the HD distribution systems of any other TV network in the country, as well as constructions for their applications.Considering the structure that the system consists of several child systems, the key to the system's success are choosing the best standard and technology to implement the inter-connection, and taking care of security issues it brings.There are two parts in the system,one is the platform,the other part is the daughter system.In the plartform, a number of services are implemented through RAC technology and professional storage technology in order to keep it safety.The daughter system implemented through XML ,MD5,Webservice,ESB& EMB and so on.To achieve including documentation service, program menu service, script supervisor service, content exchanging service, search service and Asynchronous Callback service.In addition,for get rid of the balk of the whole system,the system farming the same up-down standard in the high-definition,and dedesign the linkage distribution system to replace the traditionary distribution.The network security, data security and broadcasting security of the system are enhanced by setting-up highly secured districts, taking advantage of md5 encryption and building storage and network.Upon the completion of the processes introduced above, Heilongjiang TV Network's digital TV distribution platform successfully achieved the integration of production, broadcasting and storage, as well as maintaining its stable and secure working order.
