Research On Technology Of Process Integrated Knowledge Collaboration Based On Semantic Wiki

For meeting the needs of the dynamic knowledge management and knowledge innovation, knowledge collaboration effectively integrates, complements and shares the knowledge of muti-time and place and multi-subject to achieve effective knowledge reuse and rapid innovation, it is becoming a hot topic of knowledge management areas. The social software represented by Wiki which its participation, self-organization, cooperation, polymerization, openness and other characteristics makes itself becomes a powerful tool for knowledge collaboration. In view of Wiki's lack of concern for business process context during knowledge collaboration and its disadvantages of knowledge organization and representation, with the National Natural Science Funds "Theory, methods and tools of context integrated knowledge management"(project number: 70601025), this article introduces the semantic web into Wiki, then based on the semantic Wiki it researchs systematically and deeply the model,methods and technologies of process integrated knowledge collaboration. This aritcle proposes the model of Process Integrated Knowledge Collaboration, which is realized on the Wiki. Meantime, it takes advantage of ontology technology to semantic Wiki and Process Integrated Knowledge Collaboration Model in order to make ontology becomes the way of knowledge organization and representation, which realizes knowledge semantic and knowledge collaboration. The main works of this article include:(1) Based on the research and analysis of knowledge collaboration and workflow technology, this aticle proposes a model of process integrated knowledge collaboration. Then it analyzes the elements of Wiki, and mapps this model into Wiki by process-subject tree, in order to achive process integrated knowledge collaboration on Wiki.(2) Taking advantage of ontology technology to improve knowledge organization and representation of the current Wiki. Based on the above analysis of elements of Wiki, this aticle proposes a general semantic model of Wiki; then with the model of process integrated knowledge collaboration, expanding the general semantic model of Wiki in order to meet the needs of the application of process integrated knowledge collaboration; lastly describing it by OWL ontology language.(3) Based on the above work, describing the knowledge collaboration services provided by the improved knowledge collaboration system based on Wiki.(4) Developping a process integrated knowledge collaboration system based on the semantic Wiki. Describing the function module and the key technology, and then applying it in a software company.The conclusion is submitted as follows:(1) Business process is integrated into knowledge collaboration, it effectively resolves the problem of knowledge context.(2) Taking advantage of ontology technology to improve knowledge organization and representation of the current Wiki, it effectively resolves the problem of confusing knowledge structure and vague navigation; lastly it improves the effect of knowledge collaboration.
