Research On Model Of Flexible Business Processes Based On The Knowledge Management

In the world of today, the rapid and dynamic advance of high new technology has profoundly changed the face of the whole world, and has promoted the sustained and swift development of economy, society and culture. The globalization, the informationalization and the knowledge-based have been highlighted in this world. At the same time, the world is becoming smaller and smaller, and the relationships between states and states, enterprises and enterprises,as well as people and people have become even more complex as they are characterized by dependence and competition, as well as cooperation and confrontation. Meanwhile, most of the domestic enterprises are faced with "rigid operating mechanism", "hierarchical organization structure", "simplifying reformation" and "Isolated information systems". The external and internal conditions of enterprises form a great contrast, which leads to our profound ponder on long-term development of enterprise. In view of this, enterprise reformation has become inevitable in order to achieve real-time innovation in the way of global dynamics and cooperation, respond rapidly to market competition and diversity of customer demands, and continually enhance enterprises'own core competence and their overall operating efficiency. Moreover, the enterprise reformation must be focused on two aspects: One is"to establish the mechanism for enterprises'sustainable development and innovation"; the other is"to construct a system model which can respond rapidly to random variation of business ".On one hand, based on how to establish the mechanism of enterprises'sustainable development and innovation, the article proposes an ideological system of flexible business processes, which is based on knowledge management, and gives a mechanism model and a system structure of enterprises'innovation, which are based on the ideological system. The model, which is composed of the eight key elements: strategy, people, knowledge, processes, organization, performance, IT and culture, is divided into three closely related parts: the "internal, central and external". It is an organic whole in which each part permeates mutually, fuses mutually and promotes mutually. Based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and "Model-View- Controller" (MVC) design concept, the system structure adopts the struts, spring, hibernate integrated lightweight J2EE application development framework.On the other hand, based on how to construct a system model which can respond rapidly to random variation of business, the article proposes an extended process model based on knowledge service engine. The model abstracts a knowledge service engine which is independent from the process engine from the process execution server, and sets up a flexible resources module by extracting the data related to process example, application procedures and system environment data. In addition, the model gives an extended role-based access control(ERBAC)model, which can meet users'"request-response" demand. In short, the model refines system's function, reduces system's coupling degree, and strengthens system's flexibility.
