Broadcasting, as a concomitant media, is an important media tool of receiving daily news and entertainment information for people. But in recent years, with the development of new media and the net combination, broadcasting media is confronting more and more difficulties. Besides, its market partition is shared by network media and digital media, which enabled us to pay more attention to the broadcast media industry.Media industry is a rapidly developing industry. However, as one of the four traditional medium, broadcasting media has much weakness in the development. Therefore, this thesis aimed at the study of the current status and difficulties confronted recently. By combination of theory and practice, by summing up the experience of radio stations, a new managing method and operating model are explored. Adhering to the awareness of innovation, focusing on the rational proposals from images, income-generating channels, business methods, and services, a three-dimensional media awareness of innovation should be established. It is also hoped to provide some inspirational thinking to develop broadcasting media in China.This theoretical exploration is of great significance. In such rapid developing media world, innovation is an essential element in competition. Through the theoretical study on broadcast media, my article has some innovative value.
