The innovation of broadcast & TV Industry has a long history, from early years of Opening and Reforming (called New Period) to enacting the policy of Cultural Systems Innovation. During these days, the innovation has gone through changefully policies that made by the government. Being a foreland of New Period, Guangdong has suffered or benefit from all these changes. Nowadays, the success of Southern Media Corporation has put the new word - South Mode—into this big family. South Mode means under the unique opening environment of Guangdong, we reconstruct media resources from most main provincial and civic media units, and then come into being our own characteristic culture and media market. Although the trade has accepted this great mode, there're still some limitations we can find from its evolution.This essay aims to find a better way or some good suggestions for the future of South Mode by analyze many representative cases, like Guangzhou TV, Foshan Media Group, Hunan TV& Broadcast Group, etc. And from these cases, Guangdong TV & Broadcast Industry may find some useful experience for its own development. Based on the aim, this article can be used as a reference.
