| The birth of Internet and search engines has been considered to be a massive media revolution, because it opened up the precedent which combine the modern Internet technology with traditional search,while Cyber Manhunt are the most unpredictable and typical product. Although appearing only a short ten years, it has caused widespread attention and discussion from all walks of life. This article uses Herbert Marshalll Mcluhan "the medium is an extension of man" view of communication considering that the media is not only an extension of the human senses and perception, but also an extension of the human spirit and emotion, so this prompts the media society into re-tribal-based society, forming the so called "The Internet." Meanwhile, briefly analyzing the social background of Cyber Manhunt, revolving ten specific cases of cyberspace and data which are provided by CNNIC2008, aiming the subject of the search, and gradually reveal the sequence of psychological development of cyber manhunt engines, and pointing out that network security related to China's economic development, social stability and spiritual civilization construction and other fields. The virtual world also exist the problems of ethics, law and values which are similar to the real world, giving a clear definition of benign network monitoring and vicious network violence through comparison. However, based on the coordination between technical means and human caring, the article supports using internet real name system in China, and reducing the occurrence and spread of network violence should seek other ways, for example: strengthening data encryption, perfecting legislation of network minor, improving social responsibility of the mass media, particularly network operators, training rational opinion leaders of internet and gatekeeper system, and finally raising people's ethical self-restraint, promoting the whole people's media literacy, reaching the ultimate goal of network culture construction. |
