In 21th century, Chinese government opened domestic media market to international society, and permited foreign madie groups to expand the markets in China. Many domestic media companies have to compete with these invading groups from other countries. The only way to win this game is to unite and establish super large-scale media groups, or we will lose in this game, if we still maitain regional supervise system, doing business without negotiating, having short-distance views.With the universalizing of the digital television technique, and developing strategy of"three networks merge into one"pomoted by government, we should take this last opportunity, to develop digital television with multiple function, to upgrade the television network into multipal function network that can provide services such as watching TV, telephone, and internet exploring. To implement merger and recombination strategy, defending domestic market and expand foreign market.In the past years, over one thousand cable TV stations have been established. These cable TV stations doing their business respectively with no communication, can not combine into lage-scale madie group. As a result, we should organize lagre madie company according to market law to get more profit and strong the Chinese madie industry. Although we may encounter kinds of barrier, How to made it by using administration power and market power to establish new kinds of madie corporation. This article provides some useful experience to internal alliance comrades by analysing a practical case that provincial media integration between Harbin railway media network and HeiLongJiang longshi network company, showing how domestic TV stations break away from conventionsal media structure and build more reasonable media company groups.
