College graduates are valuable human resources, facing the biggest pressure onemployment, college graduates become overwhelmed and anxious. How to make the rightcareer decision making difficulties become more difficult and critical. Targeted expand therelevant empirical research is imperative, which for improving the level of individual careerdecision-making to help them make good career decision making difficulties of greatsignificance.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign related to emotional intelligence,college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and college students’ careerdecision-making on the basis of related literature. On college students’ career decision-makingself-efficacy and college students’ career decision-making and emotional intelligence ismeasured.Analysis of emotional intelligence and career decision-making self-efficacy andcareer decision-making of the internal structure. And on this basis, further investigation of therelations between and among emotional intelligence, college students’ career decision-makingself-efficacy and college students’ career decision-making.Study selected1200students of Ludong University, Yantai University, Shandong Instituteof Business, Binzhou Medical University as subjects. Statistical methods for specific researchquestions are mainly used descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation andregression analysis. Multifaceted analysis of the characteristics of emotional intelligence,career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making at the same time, explore therelationship between them. The results showed that:First,(1) There was no significant difference in the various dimensions and overallperformance in the various dimensions of between whether senior year, students fromdifferent places, whether or not the only child, different academic and emotional intelligence.Different academic student significant differences in the use of emotional dimension. Genderdifferences in the use of this feature on the emotional dimension significantly.(2) Differentgender, different profession, whether or not the only child, whether senior year in the careerdecision-making self-efficacy were no significant differences in various dimensions andoverall performance. Students in different academic significant difference on target selectiondimension. Family situation on self-evaluation dimensions were significantly different.College students from different places on this dimension of self-evaluation significantdifference.(3) College career decision making difficulties were no significant differences inthe various dimensions of the different family situation and total performance. The scores ofstudents of different gender there was a significant difference in the dimensions of the lack ofinformation about the profession. Between the other grade students and indecision dimensionof the lack of preparation table’s, the lack of information in the subscales and the lack of the knowledge of the decision-making process, lack of information about occupationaldimensions and total scores were significantly differences on the table. College students fromdifferent places of the lack of motivation and lack of information about the dimensions ofoccupations were significantly different. Different degree of college students in indecision,lack of the decision making process of knowledge is a significant difference was found in twodimensions. Different professional college students have shown differences in indecision andinternal conflict.Second,(1)Between emotional intelligence and career decision making difficulties was asignificant negative correlation, and emotional intelligence for career decision makingdifficulties regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence can negatively predictcareer decision making difficulties.(2) Between career decision making difficulties and careerdecision-making self-efficacy was significantly negatively correlated, and regression analysisshowed that career decision-making self-efficacy negatively predicted career decision makingdifficulties.(3) Between emotional intelligence and career decision-making self-efficacy hassignificant positive correlation,regression analysis suggests that emotional intelligence canpositively predicted career decision-making self-efficacy.(4) Career decision-makingself-efficacy plays the role of intermediary part in emotional intelligence and career decisionmaking difficulties. |
