Career decision-making is one of the key choices in individuals' life,on the occasion of boundaryless career, individuals face more decision-making situation, the decision of each stage is satisfactory or not, profoundly effect on the subsequent direction, path and result of individual career development. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the quality of career decision-making. In recent years, scholars pay more and more attention to study the role of family played on career decision-making, most studies focus on the influence of family factors during career decision-making process, while deadly scarce someone that explore the influence of family on career decision-making satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary and meaningful to study the influence mechanism of family factors on career decision making satisfaction.This research contains two studies. As lacking of family influence measurement tools for localization college students, the purpose of Study 1 is to amendment the Family Influence Scale(FIS) which in career decision-making and development context that is suitable for college students in China. Study 2 is based on the social cognitive career theory ( SCCT ) to analysis the relationship among family factors(information supports, financial supports, family expectations and values), career decision-making self-efficacy, expectation of career decision-making outcome,decision-making intensity and career decision-making satisfaction. Furthermore,we explored and compared the multiple mediation effects of the variable that career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision-making outcome expectation and decision-making intensity in the relationships of family factors and career decision-making satisfaction. The results show that:(1) The revision of FIS in Chinese college students contains four dimension which are information supports,financial supports,family expectations and values,subordinate questionnaires and the summary questionnaire reliability coefficient is between 0.62?0.81, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) results show that this questionnaire has a good validity.(2) Gender variables in family influence have no significant difference among all dimensions; grade variables have significant differences in financial supports,information supports and family expectations; major have significant differences in family expectation; high socioeconomic status family were significantly higher than low socioeconomic status family on information supports,financial supports and values.(3) The family influence and all dimensions cannot directly predict the career decision-making satisfaction.(4) family influence could through career decision-making self-efficacy indirect forecasting career decision-making satisfaction; family influence also could through the variable that expectation of outcome and the chain of career decision-making efficacy with decision-making intensity to indirectly forecast career decision-making satisfaction.(5) Career decision-making self-efficacy has a greater mediation effect than career outcome expectations, also than career decision-making intensity in family influence satisfaction of career decision-making.
