Purpose:Through the questionnaire survey in patients with seborrheic alopecia, we get relevant information, and do research on the pathogenic factors of Seborrheic alopecia and analysis traditional Chinese medicine dialectical to enhance the understanding of this disease, to guide clinical medicine better and provide clinical data for the intervention of this disease in the future.Material and method:Do questionnaire survey to Seborrheic alopecia patients who have been diagnosed by Liaoning university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital dermatology clinic during June 2014 to December 2015. After the survey, do syndrome differentiation to all patients under the guidance of my supervisor, and process the survey data by using statistical software SPSS17.0, and analysis the results which concluded by Statistical methods.Results: 1.Among 214 Seborrheic alopecia patients, the gender ration is 2.06:1, the average age is 31.04±7.83 years old, The shortest course of treatment is one month, and the longest is 12 years. 2.Among 214 Seborrheic alopecia patients, there are 62.63% of the patients are mental workers and service workers. 3.Among 214 Seborrheic alopecia patients, there are 81.31% of the patients think that the disease is related to season. 4.Among 214 Seborrheic alopecia patients, there are 75.00% male patients have family history, and 31.43% for female patients. 5.Among 214 Seborrheic alopecia patients, there are 83.18% of the patients sleep after 23:00, 82.24% of the patients have dietary favor, and people have bad habits such as alcohol and tobacco are accounted for 53.27%.There are 83.18% of the patients fell different level pressure, 87.58% of the patients emotion instability,and 39.25%of the patients fell meanly,and 39.25% of the patients have no power to do things,and 36.45% of the patients lose interest in things.6.Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine: blood deficiency and wind-dry are accounted for 28.97%, Damp heat syndrome are accounted for 43.93%, and Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome accounted for 27.10%. 7.Physical and chemical index:214 Seborrheic alopecia patients’ TCM Syndrome Types and Estradiol(E2),Testosterone(T) have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Through this survey we find out: The pathogenesis of seborrheic alopecia are related to gender, age, profession, season, family history, living habits, and many other factors. Most patients are male, and most of them are young and middle-aged people. Most patients are mental workers. It often occur in the spring and autumn season. Male patients are greatly influenced by family, female patients are opposite. Living habits such as Sleep and eating disorders may cause hair loss. 2.The rules of Traditional Chinese Syndromes are: Endoretention of damp heat(94 persons) more than blood deficiency and wind dryness(62 persons) more than syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney(58 persons). There are significant differences between age of onset and syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine, course of disease and syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine. 3.This study suggests that during medical treatment of sebrrheic alopecia, we need to correct bad living habits at the same time. Only study and work in right way, can treatment of seborrheic alopecia be improved more effectively, and slow down the rate of trichomadesis, thereby improving patient’s quality of life.
