Objective : The questionnaire was used to investigate patients with seborrheic alopecia, and the distribution of TCM syndromes and their incidence factors in Chengdu with seborrheic alopecia were calculated. The correlation analysis was performed to study the relationship between syndromes and related factors. The clinical diagnosis, treatment and guidance of seborrheic alopecia provide theoretical basis. Methods:Conduct a questionnaire survey on patients diagnosed with seborrheic hair loss, collect patient information through the survey, and determine the TCM syndrome type of each patient based on the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome types, and calculate the standard total of each patient through the SAS and SDS scoring rules. After all the cases were collected, the statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze and process all the case data, and finally the statistical results were analyzed. Results: 1.Among the 297 patients with seborrheic alopecia in Chengdu, the prevalence of seborrheic alopecia was higher in men than in women;the main group affected by seborrheic alopecia was young adults.2.Of the 297 patients with seborrheic alopecia in Chengdu, those with mental retardation were more likely to suffer from seborrheic alopecia;those who fell asleep later were more likely to suffer from seborrheic alopecia;higher education Group is more likely to have seborrheic hair loss;the main group is a group with shorter disease duration;most patients' symptoms will worsen in summer;patients who smoke and drink are more likely to have seborrheic hair loss, and men have The proportion of bad habits is significantly higher than that of women. The patients whose symptoms are thin and soft hair and upper hairline are the main groups in the consultation.Patients with higher frequency of shampooing are more likely to suffer from seborrheic hair loss.Female patients are more affected by genetic effects.3.Among the 297 patients with seborrheic alopecia in Chengdu, the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes was damp heat syndrome(56.23%)> blood heat and wind dryness syndrome(25.93%)> liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(18.18%).4.Among the 297 patients with seborrheic alopecia in Chengdu, there was a statistically significant difference between the TCM syndrome type and the patient's age(P <0.05).The overall distribution rule was that patients with 18-35 years old were mainly hot and humid fumigation syndrome,36 Patients older than the age are mainly liver and kidney deficiency syndrome;there is a statistically significant difference between the TCM syndrome type and the patient's disease course(P <0.05).The main distribution rule is that the shorter disease course is mainly the hot and humid fumigation syndrome, and the longer course is Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome is the main type;there is a statistically significant difference between the TCM syndrome type and the patient's anxiety and depression status(P <0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of patients with blood-heat and wind-dryness syndrome are generally high. Conclusion:After investigating 297 cases of seborrheic alopecia in Chengdu,it can be seen that the incidence of seborrheic alopecia is related to factors such as age, gender, work, sleep, education, course, season, bad habits,genetics,etc..And the distribution of syndrome types is correlated with patient age, course of disease, and anxiety and depression. Therefore,in the process of treating seborrheic alopecia,in addition to drug treatment, the patient's bad living habits should be corrected to reduce the patient's anxiety and depression,so as to better achieve the treatment effect and bring a better life to the patient.quality.
