Construction Of Pulmonary Fibrosis Syndrome And Treatment System Based On Modern Document Database Of Pulmonary Disease And Various Mathematical Statistics Methods

Purpose:To explore the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome types and pharmacy of pulmonary fibrosis in TCM, and to establish the treatment and syndrome differentiation system of pulmonary fibrosis.Material and method:Using the modern literature database of lung disease to retrieval the pertinent literature according to the etiology, pathogenesis,syndrome type and treatment. Then choose the proper literature to use based on inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. On this basis, using the frequency analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis of data mining to explore the TCM treatment and syndrome system of pulmonary fibrosis.Results:1.The main etiology of pulmonary fibrosis in TCM are phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency.2.The main pathological factors for phlegm stasis are toxic-heat and phlegm stagnation,and the syndrome is deficiency,which can be divided into qi deficiency and yin deficiency. The disease is mainly located in the lung and its collateral. So we can see that the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis can be summarized as qi and yin deficiency, toxic-heat and phlegm stagnation obstructing collateral.3.The main syndrome types of pulmonary fibrosis is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.The asthenia in origin of refers to the deficiency of lung qi and yin,and asthenia in superficiality refers to phlegm and blood stasis.4.Chinese traditional medicine for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis are mainly tonic medicine, expectorant drugs, cough and asthma medicine and blood activating and stasis eliminating drugs.The tonic medicine is used to replenish the qi and yin,such as :astragalus, licorice, salvia, angelica, chuanxiong and other drugs; Cluster prescription:(1) Fuling-Baizhu- Radix Rehmanniae;(2) Rhizoma Chuanxiong-angelica-astragalus-radix salviae miltiorrhizae-Radix Codonopsis-earthworm-peach;(3)Ophiopogon root-Schisandra-coltsfoot-aster- Fritillaria;(4)Pinellia tuber-Scutellaria-mulberry-almond-Platycodon grandiflorum-Fritillaria thunbergii-Trichosanthes-liquorice-Radix Glehniae.The couplet medicines:astragalus-angelica, astragalus-Codonopsis, astragalus-Codonopsis\Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and so on,which has 32 groups.Conclusion:1.
