Analysis On Experiences Of Veteran Doctors Of TCM In Syndromes And Treatment For Lupus Nephritis Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveThis study was designed to relate the medical records about the treatment for lupus nephritis of veteran doctors and found out the laws about treatment and medication dialectical of lupus nephritis. Through the summarize of syndromes and drug laws, treatment of lupus nephritis commonness and individuality about lupus nephritis could be known. Apart from this, the study tried to provide data to support Chinese medicine treatment of lupus nephritis intervention.MethodsSummarized the medical records from journal literature, books, patients for the treatment of lupus nephritis. Retrieved nearly15years about the treatment of TCM on lupus nephritis and filtered. According to both the inclusion and exclusion criteria, medical records from journal literature, medical records from books were included. The data were collected and standarezed based on the defined schema. SPSS ver19.0were used to store, analyze and mine data. Collected medical records were from March2008to September2013by Professor Huang Chun Lin of Guangdong Provincial Hospital. These data were entered into Tradition Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS).ResultsIncluded30journal literature,20cases of books. Recorded a total of50kinds of syndromes, which wang, qi, spleen qi deficiency, spleen deficiency, toxic heat flaming, liver and kidney high-frequency syndrome. The mainly involving organs was liver, spleen, kidney and lung. Fifteen kinds of pathogenic factors were related, they were yin, hot, toxic, yang, stasis, wet, gas for the high-frequency factor. There15species were sunmmarized, such as Qi, Yin, heat, dampness, stasis, yang, diuresis, detoxification.156kinds of drugs involved, the frequency appears2572times, which tonics, dampness, antipyretic, circulation drugs for the high-frequency drug class.20flavor commonly used drugs:Rehmannia, Chinese yam, Ligustrum lucidum, Eclipta, Astragalus, Codonopsis, Scrophulariaceae, Radix, moutan, Poria, Alisma, Cork, diffusa, Atractylodes, Salvia, Motherwort, Angelica, Tianqi, dogwood, medlar. Into outpatient medical records of40patients, there were four kinds of syndromes, prescription90, involving102kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, the cumulative frequency1237times. Tonic medicine, blood circulation drugs, diuresis Shenshi, antipyretic, qi drugs, sedative drugs for the high-frequency drug class.18kinds of commonly used drugs:Eucommia, Gorgon, salvia, Ligustrum lucidum, astragalus, dodder seed, dandelion, ageratum, yams, Epimedium, fleece-flower root, wolfberry fruit, licorice, Yiyiren, Dendrobium, Poria, Radix, Eclipta.ConclusionWhile the treatment about veteran doctors of TCM for lupus nephritis was different, but overall, there is still a certain similarity, dialectical organs are the spleen, kidney, liver-based; drugs are in tonic, antipyretic based;and always thought wet stasis throughout the development of the disease process, so the rule is often tonic, heat, dampness, stasis legislation.
