Study On TCM Treatment Of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Based On Data Mining And Tutor Experience

Purpose：To summary of TCM syndromes and treatments of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis(IPF)；To optimize the compatibility of the prescription of my mentor called Shenlong Jianji.Material and method：To search literatures about the Chinese medicine treatment of IPF from1978to2014,screened out Chinese herbal compound treating IPF，and use thecluster analysis and correlation analysis of Data Mining to explore the classification and compatibility Law of Chinese herbal compound treating IPF.On this basis,combined literature review and experience of my mentor,to summary of TCM syndromes snd treatments of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis(IPF)and optimize the compatibility of Shenlong Jianji.Results：1.Chinese herbal compound treating IPF divided into seven main categories such as Yiqi Huoxue,Cough and asthma and so on.2.The Drugs on Chinese herbal compound treating IPF are28groups suchas Huangqi→Danshen、Huangqi→Chuanxiong、Huangqi→Danggui and so on.Conclusion：The name of IPF is attributable to Fei Wei,The etiology is divided intoexternal and internal factors,the external factors include Six Exogenous,Environmental Toxicity,Dust and so on,and the internal factors include righteousness deficiency.Disease location are primarily in the lungs and pulmonary collaterals,associated with the spleen and kidney,the pathogenesis is Benxu and Biaoshi,the Benxu includes Qi deficiency、Yin deficiency、Yang deficiency、Collaterals deficiency of Lung，spleen and kidney.Biaoshi includes phlegm、heat、stasis、toxin an so on.The core pathogenesis is Qi and Yin Def iciency,blood stagnation in the pulmonary,Lung Shangni.Its dialectical types are complicated,but the basic treatment methods are Supplementing Qi、Promoting blood、Nourishing Yin、Relieving cough and asthma,the drugs of Danshen、Huangqi、Taoren、Honghua、Danggui、Chuanxiong、Maidong、Dangshen、Gancao andso on are often selected.Based on the above research,the preliminary ideasof optimizing the compatibility of the prescription of my mentor called Shenlong Jianji is that adding the Dangshen、Danshen、Maidong on the basis ofthe original prescription.
