Research On The Rule Of Different Subtypes Of Syndromes Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: To search through nearly 20 years of Xinmai Bizu type and subtypes of the relevant literature,sums up the regularity of Xinmai Bizu type and its subtypes and their disease treatment laws,and provide reference and guidance for the specification of syndrome differentiation of different diseases,clinical TCM standardization and objective to provide services.Methods: Use a retrospective survey research method,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected in the recent 20 years Xinmai Bizu type and its subtypes in literature,extracted from the four diagnostic information,typing,prescription,medication,effective information into the database,analysis of relevant materials using statistical methods into line,association rules,and study on the existing law.Results:1.A total of 162 medical records were included in the 104 articles.Among the 10 diseases,coronary heart disease(n = 100),viral myocarditis(n = 26)and arrhythmia(n = 20)were the main symptoms.The frequency of the occurrence of blood stasis in the subtype was 53(33%),and the frequency of the occurrence of the phlegm obstructing heart pulse was 51(31%).The frequency of the occurrence of the cold congealing heart pulse was 22(14%);the frequency of the occurrence of qi stagnation heart pulse was 36(22%).The prescription is more frequently used Xuefuzhuyu Decoction(39 times),Gualou XiebaiBanxia Decoction(26 times),CHSGS(11 times),Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction(9 times).2.Blood stasis heart medication mainly by activating drugs,peach kernel,safflower,chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,radix paeoniae rubra,-cooling blood,replenishing qi and blood medicine liquorice,angelica etc.,which is the most commonly used by students to add other drugs.The main symptoms with chest tightness,heart palpitations,chest pain,shortness of breath,unsmooth pulse,pulse fine,heartache,pain,dark red tongue,dark purple tongue,pulse,pulse generation,fatigue.In the drug-disease association table,spontaneous-shortness of breath associated with Huangqi most closely.3.Medication mainly phlegm blocking heart vessel phlegm and Qi medicine-pinellia,Allium,Trichosanthes,tangerine peel,salvia,Chuanxiong Huoxue Liangxue medicines,red peony root,peach kernel,safflower,Radix Angelica,replenishing qi and blood,which is the most commonly used with safflower,peach kernel to add other drugs.The main symptoms of chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,greasy fur,slippery pulse,heart palpitations,white fur,fat body such as anorexia Akujiki.In the correlation table,the relationship between red peony root,Ligusticum chuanxiong and peach kernel was the closest.4.Cold heart pulse medication mainly in dispelling cold and warm in medicine-Guizhi,aconite and asarum,Qi and phlegm medicine-Allium,Trichosanthes,citrus,mainly qihm salvia,Chuanxiong Huoxue-,licorice,astragalus,which is the most commonly used with aconite,Magnolia officinalis,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Fructus aurantii Immaturus to add other drugs.The main symptoms with shortness of breath,pulse,heart palpitations,chest pain,chest tightness,white fur,back pain,cold limbs cool,pale,pain and other main constraints.In the drug-disease association table,the most relevance for citrus-pale tongue.5.Heart medication mainly in Qi Qi and activating blood medicine,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Fructus aurantii,radix paeoniae rubra,peach kernel,safflower,Rhizoma Cyperi,divergent medicine-bupleurum,invigorating qi and blood drug-licorice,angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba etc,which is the most commonly used with Taoren and HONGHUA to add other drugs to symptoms of chest tightness,pulse string,dark red tongue,chest pain,palpitations,insomnia,emotional,thin white fur,heartache,like sighing,tongue pain spots,etc..In the drug-disease association table,the strongest association was licorice insomnia.Conclusion:1.This study based on data mining technology of Xinmai Bizu type in different subtypes of syndrome and treatment of acquired heart vessel blockage syndrome in different subtypes of commonly used drugs on prescription,compatibility,common clinical symptoms,and the relationship between drugs and symptoms,as the syndrome of heart vessel blockage syndrome different subtypes of treatment provide a reference.2.In addition,found that different subtypes of drug use frequency of most is not the strongest correlation,such as stasis of heart meridian medication frequency was the highest in safflower,peach kernel,and the drug is most closely associated with chuanxiong,is the most commonly used by students to add other drugs.The most commonly used drug combinations for phlegm blockingheart vessel safflower,peach kernel,a strong association between symptoms of dark red tongue and spotted tongue,drug-disease showed the strongest association for the peony-Chuanxiong and dark purple tongue,the formation of this model is more related to phlegm and stasis.In the stagnation of heart vein is the most commonly used with peach or safflower to compatibility with other drugs,the strongest association for peach and safflower,safflower and peach kernel visible is often used as drugs used in stagnation of heart vein in clinical medicine and disease association,Radix Paeoniae Alba and many symptoms are closely related,that Shao clinical treatment of stagnation of heart vein strong.
