Social development, national strength, prosperity and development of the e conomy and culture, so that the market economy is full of knowledge and tec hnology, competition, the same fierce competition in the health industry, medic al personnel. Faced with the growing health needs of the masses, the official medical staff of the state-owned hospitals serious status of vacancies has been difficult to deal with, contract workers shape it is in this case. After more tha n twenty years, the contract workforce progressive development and growth, bu t also brought many problems to the management of state-owned hospitals. Ho spital managers are now starting to focus on the construction of the contract h ealth professional and technical personnel, and efforts to attract talent, stable p ersonnel, personnel training, to create a high level of health care team, the ma nagement of the hospital contract workers gradually become the focus of the h ospital management. Therefore, the state-owned hospitals to improve efficiency, enhance core competitiveness, the most important thing is to strengthen contra ct worker management, fully revitalize. The most valuable property, bringing in, stay put and good use. Strengthen contract worker management of the state-o wned hospitals, has a strong practical and theoretical significance.In this paper, the J hospital contract worker management status, problems and their causes, This paper applies some main theories on human resource m anagement to analyze the personnel management.
