| Erysipelas is lymphatic network of acute inflammation of the skin infections whi-ch caused by beta hemolytic streptococcus infection. Lower limbs and facial is freque-ntly the site of erysipelas. Because of skin color, such as "Dan", so called "DanDu".E-rysipelas of lower limb, also known as "LiuHuo".Erysipelas onset nasty, began to ha-ve chills,fever,headache,general malaise,etc.Physical examination:skin rash is patchy dis-tribution,mild uplift,the color red and a little light in the middle,state clearly. Local h-as a searing pain, expand to the peripheral lesions range central swelling subsides and turn into yellow. Local lesions can sometimes blisters and nearby lymph nodes can b-e enlarged, tenderness,but the skin and lymph nodes rare rotting has burst.Laboratory examination:peripheral blood white blood cell count (WBC),neutrophil percentage(NE%), C-reactive protein(CRP) can be increased. In addition, erysipelas repeated attacks can c-ause lymphatic obstruction, lymphatic stasis.Erysipelas of lower limb recurrent cause 1-ymphedema, due to high lymph protein content, stimulate local skin, make skin thick-ening, and even develop into"elephant skin leg".Erysipelas treated mainly for conventi-onal surface primary focal treatment and reasonable choice of antibiotics, bed rest, rai-se the limb. Combination with Chinese medicine and modern medicine, medical comb-ination of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of erysipelas is widely used in clinical.Objective:Observation of Qingre Jiedu Lishi external treatment combined with western anti-infection and pure western medicine anti infection,50% magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with western medicine anti infection treatment of erysipelas of lower limb differences of the clinical efficacy. To explore the possible mechanism of action, in order to facilitate the promotion in clinical practice.Methods:In October 2013 to December 2015 visits to Beijing University of Chinese-medicine first clinical hospital, Dongzhimen Hospital General Surgery Ward and outpatient, diagnosis was performed on 60 patients with lower limb erysipelas. Completely randomized, divided into control group A 20 cases,20 cases in the control group B,20 cases in the treatment group. Control group A was treated with normal anti-infection treatment, symptomatic treatment;Control group B was treated with normal anti-infection, symptomatic treatment and 50% Magnesium Sulfate wet compress therapy;Treatment group was treated with normal anti-infection treatment, symptomatic treatment, Qingre Jiedu Lishi external treatment.Observe the subjects body temperature returned to normal time, pain, skin lesions disappeared time, the skin temperature back to normal time, the WBC, NE%,CRP returned to normal time and 7 days after the total effective rate,cure time;Comparing differences between the 3 groups.Results:The treatment group of pain and skin lesions disappeared time, temperature r-ecovery time compared with the control group, A control group B was shorten.By sta-tistical analysis,there were significant differences (P< 0.05). The recovery time of bo-dy temperature, WBC, NE% and CRP in the treatment group were significantly short-er than that in control group A and control group B.By statistical analysis,there were significant differences (P< 0.05).The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group A and control group B in 7 days after treatment,,after statistics analysis,significant differences (P< 0.05).In the treatment group, the cure time was s-ignificantly shorter than that of the control group B and control group A, and there w-ere significant differences (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine anti infection treatment combined with Qingre Jiedu Lis-hi external treatment in the treatment of lower limb erysipelas can improve microcirc-ulation, accelerate inflammation abreaction, promote local symptoms of inflammation s-ubsided; infection control, reduce symptoms of systemic poisoning; improve the cure r-ate, shorten the healing time. |
