Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Acute Lower Extremity Erysipelas By Cold Wet Compress With Qingre Jiedu Liangxue Fang

Objective To observe the clinical effect difference of cold and wet compress of Qingre Jiedu Liangxue formula combined with western medicine antibiotic in treating lower extremity erysipelas and cold and wet compress of normal saline combined with western medicine anti infection in treating lower extremity erysipelas and cold and wet compress of 50%magnesium sulfate combined with western medicine anti infection in treating lower extremity erysipelas,to provide theoretical basis for clinical application of this prescription.Methods Select 90 patients with acute erysipelas were randomly divided into control group A,control group B and experimental group,all the patients in the three groups were given antibiotics for anti infection and symptomatic treatment,the control group A was treated with normal saline on the basis of routine treatment,the control group B was treated with 50%magnesium sulfate on the basis of routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with cold wet compress of Qingre Jiedu Liangxue Fang on the basis of routine treatment,to observe the change of clinical symptom score,the time of body temperature returning to normal and the change of laboratory index before and after treatment,and analyze the clinical effect.Results The cure rate of the observation group was 50%,significantly higher than 36.67%of control group B and 16.67%of control group A,there was significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05);After treatment,time of body temperature regression in the observation group compared with control group A and B,it was significantly shorter(P<0.01);After treatment(WBC,N,CRP)of the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group A and B;there was significant difference in statistical analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of Western Medicine,treatment of erysipelas in lower limbs with external cold and wet compress with Qingre jiedu liangxue Fang,it can quickly improve the inflammatory reaction,control the infection,significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the cure rate,shorten the treatment time,and reduce the adverse reactions.
