The Research And Implementation Of Network Collaborative CAE Management System

CAE technology has brought "traditional design method base on physics prototype test "into "the modern design method based on virtual prototyping simulation ", and is one of the main means of improving efficiency of production, reducing the manufacture cost and shortening R&D period in the process of product development. During the global competition becomes more and more drastic, traditional CAE analysis mode can not adapt the individuation and diversification of customers' demands and rapidly changing market. Along with modern manufacture modes, such as agile manufacturing, concurrent engineering and cooperative work are developed, enterprise mostly adopts strategy of distributed product development in order to make the best of different resource and person. Therefore manufacturing enterprises should employ the network-centred information technologies and shape a team-based collaborative CAE mode inside and between the enterprises base on the network to assemble and exploit geographically distributed CAE resource quickly.In this thesis, the, management system in CAE collaborative management is studied in detail. Networked collaborative CAE management system is the manifold, heterogeneous, distributed resource. It forms a together collaborative space to support remote multi-disciplinary group working for CAE analysis, overcome obstacle of time, space, computer software and hardware. Base on the three-tier structure developing model, system database server and file server is set up together. Supporting environment regards SQL Server as the database software, Delphi as software development tool, and ServU as file server building tool. Collaborative assistant tools are integrated in system and each CAE simulation unit uses client software.Main work of this thesis are shown as follows: After analysing the procession and characteristics of CAE, a collaborative CAE management model is concluded; After requirement analysing and discussing several supporting technologies, a main frame of collaborative CAE system is put forward on the basis of the collaborative CAE model; The system is divided into four function modules, project management,access control, CAE data management ,CAE modal management and collaborative CAE tools; A Prototype system is implemented based on the research of Delphi, SQL Server and C/S framework.
