Development And Project Management Of The Bank Information System For Housing Allowance

The present study bases on the developing project (the information system for housing allowance) on SPDB( Shanghai Pudong Development Bank) Chongqing branch. The writer, as the manager of the project, is in charge of exploring the system. The content of this thesis contains two main aspects: According to the basic principles, methods and model of project management of the software engineering, we took advantage of the mature software technique to carry through some items concerning the information system, such as the project programming, requirement analysis, frame designing, particular designing, system realization and system testing. The system has been carried out successfully and formally in the branch bank of Chongqing, which has efficiently solved the problems of accounting business and financial affairs. It is also significant to expand the system further. Secondly, we had a profound research in the correlative model, principle and method of software project management. Take it as a case to put some theories into practice, especially, focus on some general practical problems including the controversy among the various roles in the process, the controversy between the standardization and the rate of the process, the controversy between the personal competence and the team cooperation, and responsibility distribution and complementation of the software quality controlling. We took some effects on proposing the improving line of the project management. This exist not only the instructional significance for the project implementation, but provides the important reference information for the prolonged tough question in our software industry.
